We’re delighted to be working with the England Men’s Lions and U19 Young Lions squads as they travel to South Africa for a development camp from 20 November to 14 December.
According to the ECB, the camp has been devised to support the development of the highest potential players, with a focus on individualised and high-quality training. It is also intended to further develop England’s talent pool across both formats and all skills and will conclude with a four-day match against South Africa A in Western Province.
Sporta are also managing the U19 England squad training camp from 25 November. The Young Lions will train in Stellenbosch to prepare for their upcoming series against South Africa Men U19s in January and February 2025.
Matthew Jackson, director of Sporta commented, “Training camps for elite cricket teams has long been an important part of our business. We know and understand the requirements of professional teams, and with longstanding partnerships on the ground in destinations such as South Africa, we pride ourselves in delivering a top level service.”
