School Ski Trips to France

Les Deux Alpes is a paradise for skiers and snowboarders. As one of the highest skiable peaks in the Alps it has a great snow record, whilst 225km of varied piste cater for all abilities.

The 2023/24 opening of a green slope in its Vallee Blanche sector combined with several nursery slopes and numerous gentle runs make it an excellent setting for beginners. Meanwhile, intermediates and advanced skiers are spoilt for choice. The resort’s verticality enables long winding runs for maximum skiing and minimal lift-taking and challenges such as the Belle Etoile and Le Grand Couloir will satisfy the most expert of skiers.

It ticks the box for snowboarders and fun-seekers too with the Snowpark 2600 which is home to the annual World Snowboarders’ competition. The glacier’s snowpark is complete with half-pipes, rails, kickers and a fun park and has something for everyone.

Our Accommodation Options

The village of Les Deux Alpes stretches along a valley for almost 2km. There’s plenty to do off-piste and it offers a selection of great accommodation. For school ski tours, we favour Base Camp Lodge and Hotel L’Atmosphere which are excellent for groups and offer multiple rooming options. They enjoy sought-after locations just 7 minutes’ walk from the slopes. Ski rental is next door to Base Camp Lodge and an easy 2 minutes’ walk from Hotel L’Atmosphere. They are also surrounded by a range of evening entertainment.
