Join the Sporta Tours team as Sales & Operations Admin Assistant. We are recruiting for a part-time vacancy which will be predominantly based in our Eastbourne offices, with flexibility for some homeworking if desired.  

Working with our sales team, you will be involved in the preparation of travel itineraries, proposals, client presentations and quotes. This role will also span the varied operational responsibilities that bring our tours to life, including liaison with clients and ground agents to finalise flight, accommodation and transport bookings.

We’re a friendly team who believe in pulling out all the stops for our clients. We live by our motto Going Further and are looking for someone who shares our ethos. Perhaps described as a ‘people person’, the right candidate will also be highly organised and detail orientated.

Our quirky office space is a 15min walk (just under a mile) from Eastbourne train station, there’s ample space to store a bike securely and free parking.
