All of our tours are tailor-made to meet the requirements of each school and club but to give you an idea of how a tour to South Africa could look here’s a sample itinerary…
Day 1 – Arrive at Cape Town International Airport where you will be transferred to a local club for a training session (with breakfast en route). Then check into Hotel Graeme and wander down to the V&A Waterfront for lunch. Evening at leisure and an early night!
Day 2 – Transfer to local school/club for your first fixture. Match 1 vs local school/club. Post-match function and return transfer to hotel.
Day 3 – Transfer to your full day Peninsula Tour. Travel to the village of Hout Bay and depart on a 45-minute boat cruise to Duiker Island, taking in the breathtaking scenery of the famous Chapman’s Peak Drive and the Sentinel Mountain while aboard the boat.
Visit the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and enjoy a one way funicular ride to Cape Point to see the view where the two currents meet. Travel to Simon’s Town, nestled in the False Bay, where you will enjoy a set menu lunch (drinks are extra).
In the late afternoon, stop off and visit the penguin colony at Boulders Beach, where you can view the African Penguins in their natural habitat.
Return transfer to hotel after full day tour.
Day 4 – Transfer to local school/club for your second fixture. Match 2 vs. local school/club. Post-match function and return transfer to hotel.
Day 5 – Transfer to local club for a morning training session, then to Camps Bay for lunch and afternoon beach time. 16.00 Transfer back to hotel for dinner.
Day 6 – Transfer to Table Mountain for a morning cable car ride to the top of this iconic view point. After lunch transfer to local club/school for your third fixture. Match 3 vs local club/school. Post-match function and return transfer to hotel.
Day 7 – Free day (beach and/or shopping mall).
Day 8 – Transfer to local school/club for your fourth fixtures. Match 4 vs local school/club. Post-match function and return transfer to hotel.
Day 9 – Optional overnight visit to a safari camp.
Day 10 – Day of departure. Transfer to Cape Town International Airport for your homeward flight.
