So much has changed over the past few months. But our commitment to ‘Going Further’ remains. As the Covid-19 pandemic unfolded we worked closely with our clients to secure the very best outcome for them, from:
- bringing them home safely and swiftly, to
- securing refunds and making new arrangements, or
- deferring plans for upcoming tours to minimise financial loss
Having worked so hard in the midst of significant and unprecedented changes, it was lovely to receive so many appreciative comments: “thank you so much for everything”… “Sporta continues to be such a great company to work with”… “so grateful for your prompt and decisive help”… “look forward to re-arranging everything with you as soon as possible”
Now we are getting back to doing what we love …
We are excited to be working with Abu Dhabi Cricket Club on the delivery of the IPL in the UAE this Autumn; our first major project since the crisis began.
Our 2021 UK festivals and tournaments are expanding. These include our County age group CrickFest and popular pre- and post-season cricket festivals for schools.
We are launching UK-based hockey and netball festivals from February half-term 2021.
We are firming up tour arrangements already in place and speaking with clients regarding their plans for 2021 and beyond.
We are exploring a refundable deposit scheme to help clients plan and book with confidence. We are also working with industry-leading insurance companies to offer cover that is fit for purpose in today’s world.

We are a small and independent team that is passionate about what we do. Our ethos ‘Going Further’ remains at the forefront of everything we do and sets us apart. This means you can expect service and attention from us that is second to none.
We are an accredited specialist. All our tours have full financial protection via the ATOL scheme and we are members of the School Travel Forum.
We have diversified and strengthened our services over the last year to now provide event management, media and technology alongside tours and logistics. This has helped underpin our strong financial position moving forwards, ensuring clients can rely on us for the long term.
Along with experience and expertise, our high-level connections with teams, venues and destinations also continue to grow and offer unique benefits for Sporta clients.
